  10. POPDBF is a utility program which provides "Instant Access to dBase     
  11. Files" at the press of the hotkey.  It is a memory resident program     
  12. which takes a minimal amount of memory, but can also be run in          
  13. non-resident "pass-thru" mode.  Using PopDBF you can browse, edit,      
  14. append, delete and search records.  You can also delete, pack, or zap   
  15. database files.

  17. Some of POPDBF's other features include: view index expressions (.IDX,  
  18. .NDX, .NTX), copy structure, print file structures, print only selected 
  19. fields, print only records which meet search, search entire record or   
  20. selected field(s), and much more.

  22. POPDBF is so intuitive that even a novice user needs only to know the   
  23. hotkey.  However, context sensitive help is available just by pressing  
  24. F1.
